"Awesome customer support"
I picked up some fresh eyeglass frames from Heavyglare after my old ones broke, but it turned out they could be fixed, so I sent back my order for a refund. The frames I ordered were just as described and arrived quickly, and Grant was incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly throughout the return process. I’d surely shop here again (when my current glasses finally kick the bucket)!

"Absolutely Worth the Investment"
I was really pleased with the product and the service I got. Grant was super patient in guiding me to pick the right stuff for my order (progressive prescription transition lenses for my motorcycle). I gotta admit, it stung a bit to shell out that much cash, but when I finally got my new glasses and took them for a spin on the bike, I was blown away. Best cash I ever laid down, totally worth it!

"Revised Feedback"
Just wanted to share an update on my previous one-star rating. I got a faulty item from Heavyglare. I posted a review, and Grant replied, saying he had sent the right product and fixed the problem, but honestly, that wasn’t the case at first. Eventually, though, Grant did manage to sort things out.

Fantastic customer support! I placed an order for sunglasses just days ahead of my trip. When I learned that they wouldn't arrive in time, Grant sent them to Hawaii for me, and they were ready when my family arrived at the hotel. Huge thanks! "Top-notch cycling shades from Heavyglare!"
For nearly 15 years, I've been snagging my cycling shades from Heavyglare. They use Shamir tech that corrects my serious astigmatism all over the lens, regardless of the curve. You just can't find this in Chicago. Grant knows his stuff, is super helpful, and really knows what to ask.

For real, this has been one of the most awesome shopping experiences I've ever had! I’ve got a pretty intense prescription, and a lot of places have turned me down when it comes to making sunglasses. HeavyGlare nailed it! Their customer service is super personal and top-tier, the prices are really fair, and the shipping was quick. Couldn’t be more thrilled with how everything turned out!
